Recalibrate and cleanse your gunky nervous system. We know, it’s probably been months - if not years - since you had a good spiritual cleanse.
Selma will lead this class with her voice and sound bowls while both Lauren and Akhyra give mini reiki treatments to each participant.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any spiritual items that will assist you in releasing.
