About the event
The chakra system is made up of 7 major energy centers in the body that can become out of balance through external and internal factors, affecting an individual’s wholistic wellbeing. This class will teach students the fundamentals of the chakra system and its roles in our wholistic health; how to spot imbalances in specific chakras; and simple techniques to realign them.
